Healthcare IT Implementation and Performance Measurement Consulting for Behavioral Health and Nonprofit Organizations
Behavioral health and nonprofit care organizations are increasingly required to implement modern EHR and telehealth systems, prove program outcomes to funders and boards, and adopt AI-enabled workflows — often without anyone on staff who has translated that work before. Suscipe Solutions diagnoses what's actually broken in an organization's data, systems, and implementation strategy, then builds the performance measurement frameworks and workflows that clinical and program staff will actually use — drawing on direct experience implementing the Epic EHR at enterprise scale and building performance infrastructure inside a county behavioral health authority.
